- Cooling-off for increases: If you request an increase to an existing limit, the increase will not take effect for 7 calendar days. This mandatory cooling-off period exists to prevent impulsive limit increases during a losing streak or emotional gambling session.
- Currency: All limits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). You may set a limit as low as ৳500 per day. There is no upper bound — the limit is whatever amount you personally choose to set as your maximum.
How Loss Limits Work
A loss limit caps your net losses — the difference between total deposits and total withdrawals — over a defined period. For example, if you set a weekly loss limit of ৳5,000, jlilive will automatically prevent you from placing further bets once your cumulative net loss reaches ৳5,000 within the rolling 7-day window. The limit resets at the start of each new period. Loss limits and deposit limits can be used independently or in combination for maximum protection.
Self-Exclusion Programme
Self-exclusion is a formal, binding measure that permanently or for a specified extended period prevents you from accessing your jlilive account, making deposits, or placing bets. Unlike the time-out feature (which is designed for short breaks), self-exclusion is intended for players who believe that a more serious and lasting intervention is needed to address problem gambling behaviour.
Self-Exclusion Period Options
- 6 months: Minimum self-exclusion period.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion
- Your account is immediately suspended. You cannot log in from the moment self-exclusion is activated.
- Any pending bets placed before self-exclusion was activated will be settled according to their normal outcomes and the resulting balance credited to your account for withdrawal.
- Your account balance at the time of self-exclusion will remain available for withdrawal through our support team — you do not forfeit funds already deposited.
- You will be removed from all marketing communication lists immediately.
- jlilive will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating a new account during the self-exclusion period. If you attempt to register a new account and our systems identify you as a self-excluded player, the new account will be closed and any deposits returned.
