To register and use jlilive, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jlilive is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of jlilive or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or gambling scheme at the time of registration, and you must not use jlilive during any active self-exclusion period.

Age verification is a mandatory step in our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID confirming their date of birth before full account functionality — including withdrawals — is unlocked. Accepted identification documents include Bangladesh National Identity Cards (NID), valid passports, and driver's licences issued by Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).

jlilive employs active monitoring for indicators of underage gambling. Any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the registered player may be under the age of 18 will be suspended pending a full identity and age verification review. During this period, all deposits will be frozen and no withdrawals will be processed. If the account is confirmed to belong to a minor, the account will be permanently closed.

jlilive supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on the jlilive side; however, your individual payment provider may apply their own service fees or limits.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlilive currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount at jlilive is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically credit to your jlilive account within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.
• jlilive does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and the account may be subject to review.
• jlilive reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual deposit transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (09:00–22:00 BST) are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile banking withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the player has completed the required KYC verification tier appropriate to the requested withdrawal amount.
• jlilive reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳100,000. These checks may extend processing times by up to 48 hours.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Real-money funds deposited directly by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to account verification status.

jlilive is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. To maintain the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, fabricated, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jlilive support.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, live dealer game, or sports betting market available on jlilive.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or betting market.
• Exploiting Software Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or glitch in any jlilive game or platform feature to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Money Laundering: Using jlilive for any purpose related to the laundering of funds derived from illegal activity. jlilive is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any legitimate law enforcement enquiry.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider in relation to a completed deposit at jlilive. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
• Interference with Platform Operations: Any attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or gain unauthorised access to jlilive's servers, databases, or any other component of the platform's technical infrastructure.

Where jlilive determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or recent bets and bonus claims, withhold or recover any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and pursue legal remedies where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

jlilive provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from technical errors, we do not provide any warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8.1 Platform Availability

jlilive may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable. jlilive will not be liable for any losses — including lost gaming opportunities or unfulfilled bonus periods — arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on jlilive are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. jlilive does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or bet. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and players acknowledge that they may lose some or all of the funds they deposit and wager. Past game outcomes are not indicative of future results.

8.3 Third-Party Payment Services

jlilive is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner. If a deposit or withdrawal is delayed due to a third-party payment provider issue, jlilive will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter but cannot guarantee specific timeframes outside of its direct control.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlilive's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jlilive and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your use of jlilive in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; or any content or information you submit to jlilive that infringes the rights of any third party.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jlilive's offshore operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through jlilive's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players in Bangladesh retain any statutory rights they may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.

8.7 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of jlilive's services, please contact our support team in the first instance at support@jlilive. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior review within the jlilive compliance team.
